Simple car keys are cut while you wait. Keys with a remote or a transponder chip need the car at the door for programming — say the model on the phone and we'll tell you what's possible.
Cylinders, mortice locks and security locks from the counter, installed at home the same visit whenever possible. We measure before we sell — the wrong thickness is a wasted trip.
At home, at the shop, at night if it can't wait. Whenever the door can be opened without damage, that's how it's done. Call first: you'll know if we can come, when, and what it costs.
A stiff cylinder, a strike plate out of line, a door that no longer catches — repairing is the first thing we check. Replacing is the answer only when it really is.
